Terms
Website Terms
Last updated: August 21, 2026
These terms apply only to the Co-Mover Inc. pre-launch marketing website and its customer, business and driver waitlists. Separate service, consumer, partner and driver terms will be provided before the delivery platform begins operating.
Pre-launch website only
Co-Mover is not currently accepting or completing delivery requests through this website. The website does not accept payments, payment-card information, prescription details or health information. Descriptions of services, screening, safety, tracking, pricing and nationwide availability are launch plans unless expressly identified as confirmed.
Plans may change
Features, service categories, service areas, eligibility, merchant participation, driver requirements, pricing and launch timing may change. A waitlist or website statement is not an offer to provide delivery services in any location.
Waitlist submissions
Joining a waitlist does not guarantee access, work, earnings, employment or contractor status, a partnership, delivery availability, pricing or launch benefits. You must provide accurate information, have authority to submit it and not impersonate another person or business.
Communications and privacy
If you consent to launch communications, you may withdraw consent at any time. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, retain and disclose waitlist information, including possible processing outside Canada.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or harmful material, use automated methods to create false or excessive submissions, or submit payment-card, prescription, health, government-ID or other sensitive information. This website is not directed to children under 13 or anyone below the applicable digital-consent age.
Website content and intellectual property
Co-Mover names, branding, content and visual materials are owned by or licensed to Co-Mover Inc. You may view the website for personal or internal business evaluation, but may not reproduce or commercially exploit its content without permission.
Third-party services and links
The website may use or link to third-party services. Co-Mover does not control external websites and their terms and privacy practices apply when you use them.
Availability and accuracy
We work to keep pre-launch information accurate and the website available, but do not guarantee that it is complete, current or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.
Liability and mandatory rights
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Co-Mover is not liable for decisions made in reliance on unconfirmed launch plans or for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this pre-launch website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer, privacy or other rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and applicable federal laws of Canada, without limiting mandatory rights or protections that apply in another province or territory where you live.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the website or launch plan changes and will post the revised date here. Questions may be sent to business@co-mover.ca. Co-Mover Inc. is based in Red Deer, Alberta, Canada.
