The platform is being designed to match eligible requests to an approved vehicle's capacity, condition and equipment.
Future customers and businesses will need to provide accurate size, handling, access and recipient details before confirmation.
Proposed procedures include appropriate separation, clean equipment and temperature-aware delivery practices, subject to training and local requirements.
Proposed standards include food-safe produce bags and correct hand or glove hygiene based on the item and applicable guidance.
Current planning is limited to eligible non-prescription pharmacy retail items. Prescription and controlled-substance workflows require separate legal, merchant and technical review.
Status updates and delivery confirmation are planned to reduce uncertainty and support issue resolution.
The launch plan includes ways to report delays, address problems, safety concerns, damaged items or unsuccessful delivery.
